Do I really own the website?
Yes. We register your domain in your name, and the first year is included in your website price. From the second year you pay the renewal. On the Grow and Local SEO plans we renew it for you. The website files belong to you, and if you ever leave, we hand everything over.
Do I need a monthly plan?
Your website needs hosting to stay online, and hosting comes with every monthly plan, from £29 a month. If you would rather host it yourself, we hand over the files.
Is there a contract?
No long contracts. Websites are a one-off payment. Monthly plans can be cancelled any month and stop at the end of that month. Pay for a year up front and you get 2 months free. Plans paid up front are not refunded for unused months.
What counts as a small change?
Anything that takes up to 15 minutes, such as new opening hours, a price, a phone number, a photo or a paragraph of text. Unused changes don't carry over to the next month and aren't refunded. Bigger jobs are £45 an hour, and a new page is £95.
What is it like to work with us?
We work by email and reply within 2 working days. Each website includes 2 rounds of changes. Please send your photos, logo and details within 14 days so we can keep your project moving.
Can you look after a website someone else built?
Our monthly plans are for websites we build. If you have a site already, start with a Full audit or a Website rebuild and we'll take it from there.
How do I pay?
Websites are paid in full before we start, so your price is fixed and nothing is added later. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month.
How long does it take?
Once you've paid and we have your details, photos and logo, most websites go live within two to three weeks.
What do I need to give you?
Your business name, the services you offer, the areas you cover, your opening hours and photos of your work if you have them. With Starter we help you with the text and tidy it up. With Business and Growth we write it all for you.
Why is there no VAT?
We're a small business ourselves and not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No one honest can. Google decides the order. We fix what holds you back, keep improving your site and profile every month, and show you the results in plain numbers.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. Send us the address and we'll look at it before we quote. We'll improve what you have or rebuild it, whichever costs you less.
